Our name comes from our first initials, also from the equal dimensioning nomenclature "EQ" in construction documents. As a metaphor of our balanced workflow, E's natural talent is generating ideas, and Q's natural talent is filtering to the essence.

We have been working together in architecture firms more than 10 years, both in China and the United States. Eric studied architecture and graduated at Kansas State University, and Qian studied architecture and graduated at Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. Our diverse cultural backgrounds combined together bring insight and an element of surprise to our work.
